An AI employee that answers every lead in 60 seconds

A custom agent built for your business: your channels, your CRM, your tone.

The average business replies to a lead in 47 minutes. A hot lead stays hot for 5–10 minutes.

Leads come in around the clock. Managers don't.

That's how much faster it is than “we'll reply during business hours”. 47 minutes of waiting → 34 seconds.

That’s the share of leads in a typical business arriving outside working hours - evenings, nights, weekends. Right now they wait until morning. By morning they’re already with a competitor.

Talk to it yourself

We built this agent for our own site - it qualifies leads and books audits. Yours will be built around your business - channels, knowledge base, CRM, tone.

Agent is typing…

The agent replies live and remembers the conversation. Yours will work the same way - in your channels, with your knowledge base.

You can now build an agent for any process. Including yours.

An agent is not a chat that answers questions. It is a doer: we design it for a specific task, wire it into your systems - and it does the work itself.

A regular chatbot vs an AI agent.

A bot replies from a script. An agent asks questions itself, places the order, fills in the CRM and sends reminders. Below - the same customer and the same question: two endings.

Agents already on the job

The agent works leads while the sales team sleeps

Leads come in around the clock, managers live in one time zone. The agent replies to every lead first and hands managers only the warm ones - with the full conversation history.

Restaurant · table reservations

The agent books tables while the phone line is busy

At peak hours the line is busy - guests can't get through and book next door. The Telegram agent takes reservations itself: checks free tables, confirms the time, sends reminders.

The receptionist juggles walk-ins, calls and chat - patients give up and call another clinic. The agent handles messenger enquiries, matches a doctor to the symptoms and books the visit itself.

50+ launches: an agent starts working in days

The usual picture: ads bring leads faster than managers can reply. We put the agent where the business already lives - Telegram, Viber, website chat, CRM - without reshaping processes to fit a template.

Autonomous doesn't mean unsupervised

The biggest fear when hiring an AI employee: “what if it makes a mess”. So control is built into the system itself, not written in the fine print.

A log of every step

What the agent did at 3:14 on a Tuesday is in the log: every message, decision and CRM write. No black boxes.

Humans have the final say

Money, discounts, disputed cases - only with a human's sign-off. You set the autonomy level, not the model.

A stop button

The agent shuts down in one action - instantly, no “write to support”. Leads keep landing in your inbox directly.

A spending cap

API spending limits are built into the system: the agent physically cannot burn your budget overnight. A transparent bill every month.

Liability in the contract

The contract fixes response time, uptime and what we do if something goes wrong. We answer for the agent’s work in writing, not in promises.

The code is yours

The source, prompts and knowledge base belong to you. If you leave, you take it all with you. We keep clients with quality, not lock-in.

Ask directly

What if the agent tells a customer nonsense?+
There are three safeguards: the agent answers only from your knowledge base, not from the model's imagination; on risky topics it hands the conversation to a human; before launch we run it through hundreds of test dialogs and show you the report. Plus the log: any reply can be pulled up and examined.
Who's liable when the agent makes a mistake?+
We are - in writing. The contract pins down SLAs, areas of responsibility and an incident playbook. Big vendors answer this question with “see the terms of service”; we answer with a specific clause in the contract.
What does it actually cost per month?+
The build is a one-time fee (ranges above), then maintenance from $120–180/mo: it covers API costs within the limit, knowledge base updates, monitoring and incident reviews. The spending cap is built into the system - the bill doesn't “swell overnight”. The exact figure comes from the audit, based on your volume.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?+
That's normal - 9 out of 10 companies are the same. At the audit we look at what you have: price lists, chat histories, internal docs. Part of the knowledge base we assemble for you from those sources. You don't need perfect data - you need an honest list of what the agent must know.
We're on WhatsApp / Instagram, not Telegram+
The agent lives where your customers are: WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Telegram, website chat, e-mail - in any combination. The channel doesn't affect the agent's brain, only the hookup.
What happens after launch? Will you disappear?+
After launch the real work begins: the knowledge base goes stale, new question types show up, models get updated. So maintenance is a monthly process with metrics, not “call us if it breaks”. And if you decide to leave - the code and the base are yours, you take everything.

In a year, an AI agent will be the norm. The advantage goes to those who deploy now.
